What is a VIP Guided Tour?
A chance to experience where the Dallas Cowboys train and work 355 days of the year. The Dallas Cowboys World Corporate Headquarters and Training Facility at The Star in Frisco, Texas is a destination created to allow fans to connect with the team in ways they have never imagined. With small group sizes and additional tour stops, the VIP Guided Tours are the ultimate tour experience.

How can I purchase tickets?
Online or at Ford Center Ticket Office. Space is limited.

Are children allowed to take the tour?
Yes, children 4 and under are free.

Are tour locations guaranteed?
No. All tour dates, times and tour stops are subject to change without notice due to events in The Star or Ford Center.

Do you have discounts?
Yes, we offer Senior and Military discounts.

Can I take videos during the tour?
While we allow still photography in selected areas, no video recorders are allowed on the tour. There will be photos opportunities on Ford Center field to commemorate your tour of The Star.

Are there any camera restrictions?
Cameras are allowed inside The Star and Ford Center, but lenses must not exceed 3 inches.

How long does a guided tour typically last?
The Guided Tours will last for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Are tours ADA compatible?
Absolutely. Please notify your tour guide or greeter if we can assist you with any accommodation requests. A limited number of wheelchairs are available in the lobby, free of charge.

Are strollers permitted on tours?
Yes, strollers are permitted.

Do you offer tours in other languages?
Yes. We offer Spanish and American Sign Language tours upon request. Availability is not guaranteed. Please call (972) 497-4720 or email, to arrange for an interpreter to accompany your tour.

Do you offer group tours?
Yes. Group tours must be booked at least one week in advance. Please call (972) 497-4720 or email, to book your group tour today.

Are outside food and beverages allowed on the tour?
No food and beverages are not allowed on the tour.

Are we allowed to play on the field inside Ford Center?
Currently the indoor Ford Center field is not available for public play.  The outdoor Tostitos Championship Plaza, a Dallas Cowboys 50-yard replica turf field, is available for public play.

Are there any purse or bag restrictions?
Yes. In an effort to enhance public safety, The Star and Ford Center have a security policy that limits the size and style of bags allowed in the stadium.  For details, click here.

Where do I park?
See map below. Parking is available in the B1 or A2 surface lots or Blue and Silver garages. Once parked, please proceed to the Ford Center Ticket Office to begin your tour.
