The Dallas Cowboys will return home from Oxnard, California to host three practices that are FREE and open to the public as part of 2023 Training Camp presented by American Airlines at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco from August 22 – 24.
Training Camp gives fans the opportunity to see their favorite Dallas Cowboys players and coaches up close as they prepare for the 2023 season.
Cowboys Night presented by American Airlines:
The Training Camp schedule in Frisco will kick off with Cowboys Night presented by American Airlines on Tuesday, August 22nd at 4:00 p.m. with a performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, live DJ and host, mascot Rowdy, interactive games, giveaways and more on Tostitos Championship Plaza. Doors to Ford Center will be open to the public starting at 4:30 p.m in advance of the start of practice which is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m.
Cowboys Night will be broadcast live from 5:30-8:00 p.m. on TXA 21 and will be hosted by Bill Jones and Isaiah Stanback with additional segments also featuring all the writers from DallasCowboys.com including Nick Eatman, Nick Harris, Kyle Youmans, Patrik Walker and Mickey Spagnola.
The opening ceremony will take place at 5:15 p.m. which will include a performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and remarks from Cowboys Owner, President and General Manager Jerry Jones before the 6:00 p.m. open practice session.
Open Practices:
In addition to open practice following Cowboys Night on Tuesday, August 22nd at 6:00 p.m., two more practices held on Wednesday, August 23rd at 6:00 p.m. and Thursday, August 24th from 1:30-3:00 p.m.
All three Dallas Cowboys Training Camp practices are free and open to the public.

Security & Bag Policy
All approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry and are subject to additional inspections within Ford Center. Metal detection and wand screenings will be used at entry points to Ford Center. Re-entry is not permitted.
