Ford Center Management is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. The following Code of Conduct is enforced for all events at Ford Center and applies to the facility, the Tostitos Championship Plaza, The Star District, and the parking lots.
Behaviors that may result in immediate ejection without warning include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening or illegal in nature.
- Abusive, foul, offensive or disruptive language and obscene gestures or clothing, to include the use of such language, gestures or clothing concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault.
- Verbal or physical harassment of all fans, patrons, Ford Center staff, and any officials or other personnel.
- Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures.
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol or substance consumption.
- Throwing objects of any kind.
- Unreasonably obstructing the view of other patrons.
- Entry into a restricted or unauthorized area or an area for which an individual does not have an appropriate ticket, pass or credential.
- Smoking inside Ford Center. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside Ford Center only.
- Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat.
- Ticket scalping or the sale of tickets at any price on Ford Center property.
- Trespassing, soliciting, peddling or loitering on Ford Center property.
- Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting.
- Any disruption to the progress of an event by the individual’s actions.
- Prolonged standing and blocking the view of other guests (standing when other guests in the section are seated).
- Any action deemed dangerous and inappropriate.
- Conduct that results in damage to Ford Center or other personal property.
- Failure to comply with instructions of law enforcement, security personnel, and other Ford Center personnel.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for the foregoing behaviors. If a guest violates the Code of Conduct and fails to identify themselves to Ford Center personnel, the guest is subject to penalty, including having his/her tickets revoked, being ejected from Ford Center or arrested. Ejected guests are not welcome to return for the remainder of an event and may be subject to further disciplinary action, including the revocation of future tickets. All ticket holders of record are responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.
